Case manager online cabinet
A software solution for the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine that helps automate the work of social workers. The development of this digital product was facilitated by UNDP in Ukraine with financial support from the EU under the “EU4Recovery – Empowering Communities in Ukraine” project.

Automation of Administrative Services for Veterans
A digital solution for automating veteran services in Administrative Service Centers (ASCs). This software solution has been installed at the ASC in the city of Zdolbuniv. The development represents a self-funded investment by RENOME SMART into the advancement of the country’s social sector. The automation of administrative services helps create a more comfortable environment for providing administrative services in ASCs to our defenders and their families.
“The software solution helped us reduce the visit time for veteran applicants (or their family members) and the workload for ASC administrators. Also, with one visit, we can combine consultation and document intake. The future is in digitalization, so processes in ASCs must be automated”.

Coordination and Management System for Internally Displaced Persons’ Housing
This software enables easy accommodation for internally displaced persons (IDPs), monitoring current humanitarian and social needs, and meeting them in real-time. The system was developed for Rivne’s Center for Integration NGO with financial support from the Ukrainian Humanitarian Fund / UHF. Currently, the Integration Space in Rivne is one of the Centers of Resilience.

A project implemented for Oschadbank. A software module that allows people with complete or partial visual impairment to independently perform necessary financial operations on self-service devices using voice prompts and a high-contrast interface.
