    Responsibilities:

    • processing of customer requests on three communication channels (calls, chats and messengers, letters)

    It will be an advantage:

    • Knowledge of the legislative framework in the field of registration of the place of residence of citizens, provision of administrative services

    Responsibilities:

    • Writing test plans and performing manual testing
    • Reporting on detected software errors and troubleshooting time.
    • Development and implementation of quality indicators and standards for the organization.
    • Collaboration with the product development team, registration of tickets and monitoring of their execution 
    • Checking errors detected by the customer, if necessary, registering tickets for the development team

     

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience as a quality engineer
    • Experience writing test cases and other test documentation
    • Experience in creating quality standards/indicators and their implementation.
    •  Experience with MS SQL DBMS.
    •  Understanding of TCP/IP stack.  Network Configuration Skills (Windows)
    •  Knowledge of SSL protocol.  VPN setup experience.
    •  Understanding of client-server architecture.
    •  Upper-Intermediate English

     

    It will be a plus:

    •  Knowledge of MS Windows as an administrator 
    •  Knowledge of ATM hardware.
    •  Experience with Jira.

    We are looking for an employee for a role that connects the customer and the development team. The main responsibilities of a Business Analyst will be to identify customer needs, analyze, evaluate, document, as well as manage requirements and find the most effective solutions.

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • 1+ year of experience as a business analyst;

    WOULD BE A PLUS:

    • Basic understanding of Information Systems and Internet Technologies;

    Responsibilities:
    – Designing, upgrading the architecture, and deploying new systems
    – Administration of the company’s IT infrastructure and information security tools, server, and network environment maintenance
    – Providing fault tolerance, supporting backup and recovery of system health in case of failures
    – Support software development processes through continuous integration and delivery
    – Server and network performance monitoring
    – Diagnostics of technical problems between systems and systems protection
    – Testing, evaluation of new technologies and further implementation
    – Updating technical documentation

    Qualifications / requirements:
    – Higher technical education (mainly in the field of IT)
    – At least 2 years of experience working on a similar position

    Basic hard skills:
    – Experience in managing server systems based on Linux, Windows
    – Experience in deploying and administering virtualization systems based on VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM hypervisors
    – Experience in configuring network equipment of Cisco, MikroTik, etc.
    – Knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL, and PostgreSQL DBMS administration principles
    – Experience in building a corporate network infrastructure using network security technologies (Routing, Switching, Security, FW, NGFW, IPS/IDS, VPN, VLAN)
    – Confident technical knowledge in the field of computer systems information technology, experience writing Scripts, knowledge of network technologies, the OSI model, the principles of operation of basic network protocols and services (DHCP, TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP,POP3,IMAP, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.)
    – Experience working with backup solutions
    – Experience working with the logging and monitoring system (Nagios, Prometheus, ELK);
    – Automation by writing scripts
    – Fundamental understanding of IT security principles and technologies
    – Experience in documenting the carried-out work and writing technical documentation
    Additional hard skills:
    – Experience in implementing infrastructure projects as an architect / engineer
    – Experience working with infrastructure methodologies in the form of code and using orchestration and configuration management tools such as Ansible and others
    – Understanding containers and Docker containerization
    – Understanding the CI/CD implementation

    Soft skills:
    – Good communication skills and technical problem-solving skills
