On April 25th, UNDP in Ukraine handed over the Case manager online cabinet
of a social web portal of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine. RENOME SMART company worked with partners on the development of this digital product.
The сase manager online cabinet is designed to replace traditional paper document circulation with a single electronic case management system. Automating routine processes will make the provision of social services faster, more transparent, and more efficient.

We now have software that practically provides a good working tool for people who work on the ground and deal with piles of paperwork every day. Now we have a сase manager online cabinet that will allow social sector professionals to work in an updated format. All this is to ensure that every person has access to social services,” said Ulіana Tokarieva, Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.

The сase manager online cabinet is primarily designed for social workers to automate their processes. Our company has extensive experience in working with Administrative Service Centers (ASCs) in the direction of automation and optimization of processes, integrating software solutions with government services. In this project, we have indeed utilized all of our experience,” summarized Valeriy Siroshtan, CEO of RENOME SMART.
