Anton Martyniuk, a tech lead at RENOME SMART, received the prestigious Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award. This is akin to an Oscar in the IT world, and in Ukraine, only 17 people hold this title. In the Rivne region, Anton is the sole Microsoft MVP. The award recognizes community leaders for their technical expertise, public speaking, online influence, and dedication to solving real-world problems.

“I have my website and a blog on LinkedIn where I share .NET knowledge for all levels: juniors to seniors, tech leads and architects. My audience includes tens of thousands of readers, which is my contribution to the global .NET community. I started this educational activity relatively recently—in May 2024. Other MVPs from Ukraine noticed my work and nominated me. I filled out an extensive application. Microsoft analyzed this data for several months, and on January 1, I received an email from Microsoft informing me about the award,” Anton shared.

Anton described the euphoria and joy he felt upon reading the email, knowing his contributions were recognized globally. The Microsoft MVP award also comes with benefits such as free access to Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure, etc.), early information about new libraries, frameworks, and technology releases, and invitations to the annual Global MVP Summit.

Anton has been working with .NET for over 10 years, applying his knowledge and skills to software products developed at RENOME SMART.

“My work revolves around .NET. I’ve faced challenges, made mistakes, and gained skills—this is the experience I’ve acquired at RENOME SMART. I also dedicate significant time to self-education. In 2023, we worked on projects for Vodokanal and SmartGis. These projects had to be built from scratch, and that’s where my self-taught .NET expertise proved invaluable.”

Anton Martyniuk is a bright example of how dedication to one’s craft, continuous learning, and active participation in the professional community lead to recognition—even on a global scale. We are proud of our colleague and his achievements!
