On June 12th, in Poltava, the presentation of electronic case management took place. Poltava region became one of the four pilot regions where beta testing of the solution will take place.
During the event, RENOME SMART shared their own experience as developers of the software solution and acquainted future users with its functionality. The key task of electronic case management is to simplify the provision of social services through digitization.
It is worth reminding that besides the Poltava region, Vinnytsia, Cherkasy, and Dnipropetrovsk regions are also participating in the beta testing. In the future plans, there is scaling of case management throughout Ukraine, as well as work on version 2.0.
