On May 27th, a presentation of the electronic case management for social protection officials from across the region took place in Dnipro. Representatives from the company RENOME SMART joined the event along with a working group from the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Dnipropetrovsk, Vinnytsia, Poltava, and Cherkasy regions will serve as pilot regions for beta testing the electronic case management.
Besides the presentation, we also showcased other RENOME SMART software products during the event, designed for automating the provision of social services, including:
- a software module for automating the administration service VETERAN;
- a coordination and management system for places of collective residence for IDPs;
- a voice assistant for ATMs.
The event was organized by the Ministry of Social Policy in collaboration with Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration with the support of UNICEF Ukraine.
