The RENOME SMART team participated in the Career Days of the National University of Water and Environmental Engineering (NUWEE) on October 11-12. During the event, our HR manager, Nadiia Holiaka, and the head of the marketing department, Olena Bilyk, gave a presentation about RENOME SMART and talked about career opportunities for students.
At our booth, students could learn details about job openings and internship programs for students. Also, all interested participants took part in an IT lottery. For correct answers to programming questions, participants received stylish merchandise and candies as gifts.
For interested NUWEE students, on Friday, October 13, we organized an office tour of RENOME SMART. The youth had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of an IT company, meet programming teams, and learn more about our products. The tour concluded with informal discussions with representatives from different teams: Mykhailo Rudyk, Dmytro Komar, and Anna Mykhalchuk, who shared their career stories and talked about opportunities for young professionals at RENOME SMART.
