RENOME SMART Company has completed the development of a comprehensive software solution for Rivneoblvodokanal.
Within the project, the company’s experts have created:
– a subscriber’s personal cabinet on the water utility’s website with the ability to add multiple personal accounts;
– a mobile application easily downloadable from Google Play Market or Apple App Store;
– a digital workspace for administrators;
– a Viber chatbot.
All these software solutions are interconnected through an application server. It ensures data synchronization with Rivneoblvodokanal, data exchange with the website, Viber bot, and the mobile application. This way, the utility’s subscribers and employees will be in a unified and up-to-date information system. The application server helps automate many processes that previously required significant personal resources and time from the utility’s staff.
Key benefits for Rivneoblvodokanal’s subscribers include:
– displaying an unlimited number of accounts for individuals and/or legal entities in a single user profile;
– convenient access to essential user data: balance, payments, consumption statistics, and more;
– online payments through Google Pay or Apple Pay;
– important reminders (about repairs, the need to submit meter readings, etc.) in the user’s personal cabinet or as push notifications in the application;
– the ability to order and pay for necessary certificates or services from a PC or mobile device.
Two teams from RENOME SMART worked on the development of the Smart City solution for Rivneoblvodokanal: the application developers and the team working on the backend and user’s personal cabinet. The project took more than two months to complete. RENOME SMART’s software solutions became available to residents of Rivne starting from the beginning of October.
