Rivne region has once again found itself among the areas where fintech companies are represented and operating. In particular, in Rivne, the share of such companies increased to 3% during the year. These data were announced by UAFIC on July 18 in Kyiv at the presentation of Fintech Catalogue 2025.
RENOME SMART is one of the companies representing the fintech sector in Rivne region. Valery Siroshtan, CEO of the company, in addition to participating in the event, also talked as a speaker in the panel discussion “Ukrainian Fintech: State of Affairs, Trends and Challenges”. The participants examined the biggest challenges in the fintech market, such as the shortage of personnel and the outflow of qualified specialists, the need to implement regulators’ decrees and conduct business in parallel, lack of investments, and bureaucratic obstacles, to list a few.
Despite this, according to Fintech Catalogue 2025, the Ukrainian fintech market demonstrated signs of cautious but steady growth last year. Among the potential areas for expansion, participants highlighted the use of AI, transparent market regulation and its compliance with European standards, and scaling to foreign markets.
