Together with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, we continue to introduce social workers to the functionality of electronic case management. As the developers of the software solution, the RENOME SMART team joined meetings with representatives of Social Protection Departments (ОСЗН) and social service providers in Zakarpattia and Kyiv regions. The presentation in Uzhhorod took place on August 8, while in the Kyiv region, the functionality was presented on August 12.
Currently, beta testing of electronic case management is ongoing in four pilot regions (Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Cherkasy, and Poltava). To prepare other regions for the implementation of the new functionality, training sessions began in advance. During the presentations, important instructions and tips for using electronic case management were shared, based on the initial results of the beta testing. These steps are expected to help accelerate the digitalization of the social sector.
