From June 17 to 19, 2025, Diebold Nixdorf arranged Diebold Nixdorf Banking Partner Summit 2025, a traditional meeting with partners to share innovations, experience and best practices in the field of banking technologies.
This year, RENOME SMART received an invitation to speak at an event that brought together 160 participants from over 60 countries. The company was represented in Istanbul by Valerii Siroshtan, CEO, and Alina Boichuk, International Business Development Director.
“Our presentation received a lot of positive feedback. I talked about the state of the market after the start of a full-scale war, how we overcome challenges, sell new products and service 8 thousand ATMs, 42 thousand POS terminals, 14 thousand workstations and other equipment,” said Alina Boichuk.
The event lasted three days. The first was dedicated to meeting partners and informal communication. We managed to talk with partners from Angola, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, and Oman, and also establish contact with representatives of companies from Lebanon, Libya, Iraq, Pakistan, Malta, Congo, Botswana, and Mauritius. On the second and third days of the summit, Diebold Nixdorf representatives presented the company’s solutions portfolio, both “hardware” and “software”, and organized workshops and networking. After the official part, there was an excursion program and an awards evening. RENOME SMART received two awards: Largest Deal 2024-2025 and Honour for 27 years of partnership.
“The partnership between RENOME and Diebold Nixdorf (at that time Siemens Nixdorf) began 29 years ago. We were dealers in passport printers, which were manufactured by Siemens. These devices were intended for OVIRs, consulates, and embassies. At one of the meetings, we were offered to start dealing with ATMs as well. Diebold Nixdorf needed a powerful partner who could promote their solutions in Ukraine. In the late 1990s and early 2000s, many banks initiated their ATM network. It was a period of the largest contracts. In particular, for the Nadra, Kredo, Delta banks and Oschad, our largest partner,” – Viktor Ponomarenko, asset management specialist at RENOME LLC.
