Maryna Makarets, project manager of RENOME SMART, was an expert in a series of training sessions for trainers and specialists in the social sphere. The events were held on February 3-4, 6-7 and 10-11. They were aimed at training specialists in using the “Case Management” tool on the Social Web Portal of Electronic Services of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine.
During the training sessions, the trainees learned about electronic case management as a tool for providing social services and its opportunities for service administrators, providers and recipients. Our colleague trained the participants in working with applications in the case manager’s office.
Thanks to the knowledge gained during the training sessions, their participants can independently conduct information and educational work among social sphere specialists on the effective use of case management in working with citizens. The trainings were held with the assistance of UNDP within the framework of the UNDP-EU flagship partnership “EU4Recovery – Empowering Communities in Ukraine”.
