Preservation, adaptation, and business development during wartime were the main topics discussed at the Business Wisdom Summit 2024. The event took place on April 10th in Kyiv.
Nadiia Hladkevych, Former CEO of RENOME SMART, participated in a panel discussion on the role of leaders in times of turbulence.
“The main task of a leader is to ensure the resilience and stress resistance of the team,” noted Nadiia Hladkevych.
Also participating in the discussion were Olexander Lapko (CEO of the payment service RozetkaPay), Olexander Blokhin (CEO of VBET Ukraine), Olexandra Fursenko (CEO of the investment company Q Partners), and Tetiana Avramenko (CEO and managing partner of Veranda on the Dnipro). The discussion was moderated by Olena Derevianko, co-founder and partner of the PR-Service Agency.
“Adaptability is the key skill for a modern Ukrainian leader” was the conclusion reached by the participants of the panel discussion on leaders of the new era.
This year, the event brought together over 35 speakers – the most effective managers in the market, hundreds of entrepreneurs, top managers, and leaders in their fields. The summit served as a platform for exchanging the boldest cases in Ukrainian business.
