In Zdolbuniv, the release of the software product RENOME SMART for automating the administrative service VETERAN took place.
The Zdolbuniv Multifunctional Administrative Service Center (ASC) became the first in Ukraine to use a special digital solution within the administrative service to improve the quality of services provided to veterans and their families. The automation of administrative services is a joint idea of the Zdolbuniv City Council and the developers of RENOME SMART. The project was implemented with the support of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the Rivne Regional State Administration.
“Our main task is to make sure that a person does not ‘run around’ to different institutions, and this is done by a digital solution. The Zdolbuniv ASC has a fairly wide range of services provided within the VETERAN administrative service. We will move towards expanding this list, and people who apply for services will forget about bureaucracy altogether,” says Oleksandr Tereshchenko, an advisor to the head of the Rivne Regional State Administration on digitalization.
The VETERAN software module simplifies the paperwork and significantly reduces the time for applicants to receive veteran services. The solution includes the functionality of a Single (joint) application. Applicant data is entered into a unified system and distributed to all selected services. The format of a multiple application allows tracking the process of providing services and involving other local service providers in a single information space.
“The software complex we use allows us to provide veteran services much faster, thanks to automation. The digital solution helped us reduce the time of visits by veteran applicants (or their family members) and the working time of ASC administrators. Also, in one visit, we can combine both consultation and document submission. The future is digital, so the processes in ASC’s should be automated,” says Maryna Roiko, the head of the Zdolbuniv ASC.
