RENOME SMART continues its training and development program “HiPo” (short for High Potential). It is designed for employees, particularly those who hold managerial positions, are experts in their field, and those who have the potential for managerial activity. Over the course of six months, 19 specialists undergo training.
During the training process, participants and initiators note that it is not just about prospects, but about changes “here and now” and about how the ecosystem of the team itself changes step by step every day thanks to the skills that employees have acquired during the “HiPo” sessions.
Under the mentorship of Oksana Voronina, a coach with 27 years of experience, our managers improve their approaches to decision-making, communication with the team, idea presentation, team motivation, and many other skills.
