A solution that accumulates all data from ATM networks, cash registers, and bank vaults in a single environment can provide an obvious advantage, enabling efficient control over processes through automation and optimization.
CashLAB, developed by RENOME SMART, can handle all tasks for comprehensive cash flow management. A year ago, it was deployed on the ATMs of one of the key players in the banking sector of Romania. Interestingly, the system works equally well on devices from different vendors, such as Keba, NCR, Diebold Nixdorf, and others.

The tool autonomously monitors the cash availability in ATMs, bank branches, and vaults, collects data on the level of workload, keeps track of the technical status of cassettes and ATMs, and predicts cash pickups, among other things.

OPTIMIZATION
CashLAB determines the optimal amount for loading each ATM, taking into account the withdrawal volume, frequency, limits, inventory level, frequency of CIT visits, device location, and other factors. This helps avoid unnecessary expenses for storing cash that is not in circulation and for cash collection, by proposing the most optimal schedule for it, and reducing device downtime.
ANALYZIS
The solution takes into account all the information: cash balance in ATMs, deposit machines, and self-service kiosks, transaction history, currency exchange rates, customer orders, and more.
PROGNOSIS
The system calculates the amounts required to fill the device or for cash collection, broken down by denomination and currency type. It also takes into account the volumes of customer orders and the cost of servicing.
