Cherkasy region is the fourth area to join the beta testing of electronic case management.
Together with the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine, RENOME SMART participated in a meeting with representatives of the Social Services Department and social service providers in the region. The goal of the event was to familiarize social sector professionals with the functionalities of the electronic case management system to ensure effective beta testing of the digital product.
The beta testing process began on July 1st and covers 64 territorial communities in the pilot regions of Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, and Cherkasy. This time, the RENOME SMART team not only explained the software product’s functionality but also shared tips and tricks to help case managers use the digital solution even more effectively.
