RENOME SMART and the Humanitarian Coordination Center presented a digital solution — the BRIDGE volunteer platform. It is a space for communication and cooperation between civil society organizations (CSOs) and donors. The platform was presented in Dnipro on November 13-15 during a forum that brought together 250 non-governmental international and Ukrainian organizations.
On the first day of the event, we introduced the participants to the functionality of the web resource, which allows donors to announce grant competitions and CSOs to participate in and submit applications for their needs. Thanks to BRIDGE, CSOs will receive support promptly, and donors will be able to provide resources transparently and see the real impact of their assistance.
On the second day of the forum, RENOME SMART tested the web resource and collected feedback. The event participants evaluated the platform interface, navigation, and functionality, as well as the speed of performing basic operations. Feedback will help improve the platform in future system versions so that it best meets user needs and expectations.
