The RENOME SMART municipal team participated in a strategic discussion on “Features of implementing the provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Procedure” in information systems when providing administrative services”.
Together with the heads of ASCs from different regions of Ukraine, experts in administrative law and administrative services and developers of information systems, our colleagues talked about the challenges, exchanged experiences, and offered practical approaches to adapting software to the requirements of the new legislation.
At RENOME SMART, we not only create software for ASCs but also change approaches to providing administrative services. We believe that combining technology and legal solutions gives rise to effective and sustainable systemic approaches. The event was held on April 29 in Kyiv with the assistance of the European Union project “Continuation of Comprehensive Support to Public Administration Reform in Ukraine” (EU4PAR2).
