Opening of the “Integration Space” in Rivne 1920 1369 RENOME SMART

The “Integration Space” has commenced operations in Rivne for citizens affected by the war. The official opening took place on December 15th. This space is designed to provide multifaceted targeted assistance for internally displaced persons. RENOME SMART company has contributed to the implementation of this project.

The “Integration Space” will function as a mini-service center. It will provide various forms of aid, including informational support, consultations, referrals to free legal services, medical and psychological assistance, humanitarian aid, and more.

To automate the targeted assistance processes, RENOME SMART experts have developed the “Coordination and Management System for Collective Living Facilities.” This system contains a list of the needs of affected individuals, enabling the assessment of requests in real-time and timely and comprehensive fulfillment by NGOs and charitable foundations. This approach aims to ensure transparency and targeted provision of social support and various forms of assistance.

The software solution is utilized by evacuation reception administrators, administrators of compact living facilities, civil society organizations, and representatives of local self-government bodies. Currently, the System is in use in Rivne region, yet it can easily be scaled not only to other regions but also across the entire Ukraine.

More information about the “Coordination and Management System for Collective Living Facilities” can be found in the project’s case study.
