«RENOME-SMART» received another award – Best Service Improvement at the annual meeting of the partners of Wincor Nixdorf company which this year took place in the capital of Oman, Masqat. Among all the partners of Wincor Nixdorf from over 90 countries of the world, «RENOME-SMART» was awarded for the best service control system. This award is the evidence of the professionalism and competence of the employees of the ATM service Department, and also the high quality of the services rendered by the company. In prior years «RENOME-SMART» several times received such awards as «Top Seller», «Best Growth Rate» and «Best Steal Deal» from Wincor Nixdorf.

From October 2008, «Nadra Bank» together with «RENOME-SMART» realizes the project on equipping the ATMs with the video control systems.

All self-service zones of «Nadra Bank» will be equipped with video cameras which record the events occurring near the ATM. Together with video cameras, the software designed by «RENOME-SMART» will be installed on the terminals. This allows the bank security service to work with the data received with the help of the video control system, in a real-time mode from the single center. The remote loading of the data allows receiving operatively photos and video from the ATMs irrespective of their location.

The equipment of the self-service zones by the video control system offers the possibility to reduce essentially the quantity of cases of vandalism and fraud at the ATMs. Besides, it will help the bank and its clients with the decision of disputable situations during the use of the ATM because now each operation will be accompanied with the photo- and video control, thus the confidential data of the client will be reliably saved.

On the basis of Kiev Industrialbank branch the representatives of Wincor Nixdorf have installed ProSales software product and conducted the training on its efficient use. Representatives of the bank and «RENOME-SMART» took part in the training.

ProSales – software product designed for the effective creation of the marketing campaigns and their demonstration to the customer target groups via ATM network. ProSales is based on the customer-server architecture and operates on the terminal together with Web Extension software. ProSales basic functions:
• creation of the advertising campaigns;
• creation of the customer target groups;
• marketing research pursuance via terminal network;
• carrying out of the advertising campaigns both of the personal banking products and the banking products of other manufacturers;
• personification in the customer service;
• informing the customers concerning the bank activities.
