ATMsecuriX – a software designed to protect functional software of self-service teller terminals and equipment manufactured by Wincor Nixdorf. It also provides preservation of critical information on terminal operation and audit log integrity monitoring of terminal functional software.
Program runs in automatic mode in order to provide the continuous operation. Integration with the terminal monitoring systems allows receiving information on-line concerning the security events on the terminal from monitoring system’s workplace.
ATMsecuriX functionality:
• protection against unauthorized changes to the configuration of terminal functional software;
• protection against substitution of executed files of the terminal functional software;
• online protection against the start of forbidden programs;
• logging of all unauthorized events that occur on the terminal;
• protection of terminal logs against the external interference of the user or other software;
• maintenance of internal protected ATMsecuriX software database:
• direct and distant updating of the security profiles;
• self-defence of ATMsecuriX software operation;
• ability to operate ATMsecuriX software remotely via console interface.
